Your leads get a reply in seconds, even when you're on a job.
I'm Sina, a Charlotte-based builder launching DudeDatDid. I set up websites, lead capture, and AI follow-up that small businesses can actually own and understand.
DudeDatDid is brand-new, so you won’t find client logos or reviews here yet, and I won’t fake any. Below is exactly what you get, how I work, and what you own.

Hi, I'm Sina Gharavi
I started DudeDatDid in Charlotte because I kept watching small businesses lose jobs to slow replies and outdated websites. I'm new as a company, so I compete on clarity: transparent pricing, written scopes, and work you own. You deal with me directly, start to finish.

Questions owners ask first
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope. Build your scope above and I'll send a written, fixed quote after a free call. Nothing is charged until you approve it. Starting prices will be published on this page soon.
Are you taking clients now?
I'm launching and booking intro calls now. Reach out and I'll confirm start dates in writing.
How long does it take?
It depends on scope and on how fast content (logos, photos, service details) comes in. Your written quote includes a timeline with milestones.
Who owns the website, code and data?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and you get the site files and admin access at handoff. Your customer data stays in your own accounts.
Which tools and AI models do you use?
It depends on what you already use and your budget. Every tool and AI provider is named in your scope, including any monthly fees they charge you directly.
Will the AI make mistakes?
It can. AI tools sometimes give wrong answers. I limit assistants to content you approve, route anything uncertain to a human, keep logs, and test before launch. I don't promise AI will replace staff or guarantee results.
What if the AI makes a mistake with a customer?
You get alerts and logs. I fix the setup during the 30-day post-launch window or under a care plan. Your agreement spells out who's responsible for what.
Is my customer data private? Is it used to train AI?
Where a provider offers it, I choose settings that keep your data out of model training, and I list each provider's terms in your scope. Ask for the exact policies before you sign.
Will you text my customers? Is that legal?
Marketing texts sent by automated means need the customer's prior express written consent under FCC rules. Every SMS setup I build includes a consent checkbox and STOP handling.
Do I need a care plan?
No. You can take full ownership at launch. Care plans are optional and month-to-month.
What are the payment terms?
Typically a deposit to start and the balance at milestones or launch. Exact terms are in your written quote, and you only pay for stages you've approved.
Will my site rank #1 on Google?
Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings. I set up local SEO basics and help with your Google Business Profile, which has its own rules for service-area businesses.
I run my business from home. Will my address be public?
No. Google's guidelines tell service-area businesses run from home to hide the address, and your site doesn't need to show it either.
Why hire a brand-new company?
You work with the founder directly, get transparent terms, and own everything. If you'd rather use a marketplace with buyer protection, you can hire me on Fiverr.
Do you work outside Charlotte?
Yes. Websites and automations are delivered remotely anywhere in the US. In-person meetings are Charlotte-area.
